An exciting opportunity has opened for a Customer Success Manager to take ownership of a newly established renewals function within a high-performing, growth-driven environment. This strategic role is ideal for someone who thrives in building structures from the ground up, with a strong focus on customer retention, recurring revenue, and operational excellence.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and launching a complete renewals process - including frameworks, systems, and tools - that supports long-term customer success across the Middle East and Africa region. Once in place, you'll lead a dedicated team focused on maximising annual recurring revenue through proactive contract renewals, upselling, and churn mitigation strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a scalable renewals strategy.Set up and refine systems and processes for seamless customer experience.Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing renewals team.Drive timely and accurate renewals while identifying opportunities for growth.Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Business Intelligence teams.Analyse customer data, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.What You Bring:5+ years' experience in renewals, sales operations, or subscription-based revenue.Solid leadership background with proven team-building capability.Working knowledge of Salesforce and SAP (customer care/service models).Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.Nice to Have:Experience in SaaS, IT, or subscription-based environments.Familiarity with process automation, customer experience management, and BI tools.Global or remote team exposure.If you're a driven leader with a passion for creating structure and delivering results, this is your chance to shape a department from the ground up and make a lasting impact.
